Managed Services Provider seeking a dynamic team player with excellent technical and communication skills to play the role of Systems Support Engineer.
Fluent English-speaking capability is a must.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in troubleshooting both Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting/maintaining Office 365, Azure, AWS, etc. clouds platforms.
  • Knowledge in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge in leveraging RMM to manage devices and implement automation would be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Verbal and written).
  • Any industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, etc.) would be an added advantage.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • A quiet environment, a capable laptop with a decent headset, and a fast internet connection.

This position is on a schedule according to a 24×7 rotating roster.

The selected candidate will undergo technical and customer service training with the latest support technologies.

The ability to provide prompt and friendly service to clients is critical. so we are looking for applicants who enjoy resolving issues and being pro-active to help users enjoy the support experience.
