What you’ll be doing as Manager – Digital Service

  • Lead the Digital Marketing efforts covering strategy, performance, growth, and execution
  • Plan and create content for several brands across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram TikTok and other channels
  • Lead research, analysis, and monitoring of financial, technological, and demographic factors, and design digital
  • marketing plans to l capitalize on market opportunities
  • Translate complex digital marketing data and other data into easily understandable insights and leverage these insights to identify solutions and develop new ideas
  • Managing the company’s digital marketing budget to achieve objectives and KPIs
  • Social media page optimization of brand pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the brand’s social content and increase the user’s engagement
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure alignment and consistency between business/brand strategy and objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize to increase ROI
  • Prepare documentation and presentations by analyzing data and providing actionable insights for leadership and
  • senior management for decision making
  • Educate key stakeholders on the importance of various digital touchpoints in the customer journey

A little about you that makes you a great candidate

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • A Degree in marketing or related field of study or equivalent professional qualification
  • Must have hands-on experience with key digital marketing channels: paid social, paid search, organic social, content marketing, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and more
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a matrix environment where communication is essential
  • Ability to strategically segment large projects into smaller, actionable deliverables; effectively prioritises a high volume of work across the business
  • Experience in managing social media pages and a proven track record of increasing user engagement
  • Demonstrable experience in managing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns with expert knowledge in SEO and good knowledge of SERP tools
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Web Trends)
  • Proven track record of being able to achieve targets and work both independently and with a team
  • Exceptional organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset
  • Be effective at leadership, collaboration and good communication skills in both Sinha la and English. Tamil will be an added advantage
